The planner does not require an account or payment. Customer names, business names, scope notes and prices are entered only if you choose to add them.

Measurements, customer and business names, prices and scope notes are calculated in your browser. The current draft and up to 12 projects can be stored on this device using browser storage. Clearing that storage removes them. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to open those projects.
Technical share links
The share action puts fence measurements, connection types, gate widths and material assumptions into the URL fragment. It excludes customer and business names, notes and all prices. The recipient can view the technical plan. Browser fragments are generally not sent in the page request, but links can be saved, copied or exposed by the people who receive them.
Print and download
The customer brief is generated by your browser print function. The post schedule is generated as a local CSV download. Check your browser’s print and download destinations if you are working on a shared device.
Optional analytics
Analytics are off unless a measurement identifier is configured and you consent. If enabled, broad actions such as tool use, fence type, save, share, print and download may be recorded. Measurements, quantities, prices, names and notes are not sent as analytics event properties.
